Add current icingaweb2 user as watcher for manual created Jira tickets

In icingaweb2 I'd like to watch (get notified) for tickets I created from the icingaweb2 Jira module. So if others edit my created ticket then I would like to hear about it.

This is the idea:

  1. Add a field "Jira Username" to "My Account" (https://myicingaweb2.com/account) where users can add their username from Jira.
  2. Add a field "Watcher" to the "Create JIRA Issue" mask (https://myicingaweb2.com/jira/issues/create?host=myhost&service=myservice) where my Jira username is preselected.
