Explain and add some examples for filters

I needed some time to find the right synthax for a filter. An example in the documentation or under the textbox in icingaweb2 would be great.

Also it would be great to have a not case sensitive possibility to filter.

Please note that we already have some documentation regarding filter syntax in Icinga Web 2: https://github.com/Icinga/icingaweb2/blob/master/doc/06-Security.md#filter-expressions

Though it's not as extensive as we'd like I guess. But instead of documenting the syntax here we should extend this instead.

Example filters are a different matter of course.
