API support for Business Process module

Hi,

First of all, thank you for this great module, it's a valuable addition to the Icinga ecosystem!

We've seen the discussion in issue #284. However, that was nearly five years ago, and we were wondering if anything has changed on your side since then.

We believe that having an API for the Business Process module would be a great improvement, especially for automation and integration use cases. For example, the Icinga Director API has been extremely helpful to us in industrializing our deployments, and we think similar capabilities in this module would be incredibly beneficial.

Do you currently have any plans to add an API, or would you be open to community contributions in that direction?

I found https://github.com/telekom-mms/ansible-collection-icinga-business-process to get stuff into the module in an automated way but I haven't yet integrated it into my workflow.

An API to read out the data via REST API would be nice but don't forget, the existing API via icingacli.
