ITL: check_disk: ignore more fuse* filesystems

not to run into permission denials. Also, ignore fuse.* for the case check_disk already supports it: https://github.com/monitoring-plugins/monitoring-plugins/pull/1904

OK, admittedly https://github.com/nagios-plugins/nagios-plugins/issues/733 would be ideal. But I'd like to have this where already possible (monitoring plugins) not to run after new kinds of FUSE in the ITL all the time.
