Add "verbose" mode

We should add a mode which shows more information about what Icinga Diagnostics is actually doing.

This is especially helpful with long running checks like zone checks. We could even add an progress counter like output a . for every run in loops. Just to show users that Diagnostics is still working and not hanging.

It would be great if this was shown while running the script but not integrated in fileoutputs.
