Feature IDO PostgreSQL (IdoPostgresqlConnection)

Configuration of all IDO PostgreSQL configuration parameters. Enable and disable the feature. Additionally it can import the basic schema to a defined database. If importing is enabled, it expects an existing database, user and password.
