In this case, I would scrab key combos altogether and concentrate on mouse handling. Otherwise, it gets only inconsistent, especially on different keyboard layouts.
Indeed, I searched and the documentation for WPF is quite lacking. WM_NCHITTEST messages get at least mentioned in the issue tracker of dotnet/wpf, but nothing helpful how to implement them....
The titlebar is still wrong, but the buttonbox is now correctly classified.
Nice, I assumed it only would change the encoder to utvideo and the sort and didn't bother touching it. Additionaly, key frame segment splitting almost never results in equal chunks.
