Calculate dragon bonuses

It would be cool if it would also calculate optimal times for dragon bonuses and enabled them

IMHO, start with "breath of milk" then "radiant appetite". The rest are harder to calculate and may be less useful anyway. The cost of each sacrifice should be the current buy back price of the buildings. And should only occur when there is enough cash to immediately buy them. That would be a start anyway...
