Add hostname to NavBar

Add hostname to NavBar to distinguish between different CasaOS dashboards.

• Also, maybe another feature related to showing hostname could be the ability to make each CasaOS host aware there are other CasaOS hosts on the same network such that a dropdown from the NavBar allows the user to navigate across different host CasaOS dashboards without opening new browser tabs.

Late point CasaOS dashboard will integrate the status and app of multiple devices, you can change the background to solve this problem temporarily.

No "Hi Xxx" No "Xxx's ZimaCube"

Just the hostname that appears on the local network. That makes it easy for the user to identify on their routing gateway.

Currently, this is the full hostname, the whole thing, and we don't add anything by default.
