Open strouja opened this issue 7 months ago • 1 comments

Describe the bug

when I attached the PCIe storage expansion PCIe to NVMe SSD Adapter 2230/2242/2260/2280 M Key B Key Interface – Zima Store Online (zimaboard.com) The board would boot up. I removed the cmos battery and it would not boot up with the PCIe to NVMe & NGFF SSD Adapter connected with two 4 TB Samsung 990 Pro SSD attached to the SSD adapter

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Power off Zimablade
  2. Attach PCIE adapater with two NVME drives in the PCIe adapter
  3. Attach Power to the ZimaBlade
  4. The device is now dead and only can be revived by removing PCIe adapater and removing RTC battery, replacing RTC battery and attach power, then Zimablade will boot up
