ERROR: run command to install CasaOS without Proxy（IP-China）: curl: (7) Failed to connect to get.casaos.io port 443 after 19 ms: Couldn't connect to server.

run command to install CasaOS with Proxy(IP-USA)： curl: (7) Failed to connect to get.casaos.io port 443: Connection refused

how can I fix this problem?
