[Bug] Network status is showing wrong speed values

Describe the bug On Dashboard Network status speed values are more then a twice of real values measured by different tools on both sides of file transfer.

To Reproduce

Copy a file and check Network status speeds in graph and # values in MB/s

Expected behavior

Both written values and graph should show correct speed.

This is probably on every desktop, same issue was on all devices and OS I tested (Debian, Ubuntu, ARM, AMD)
