升级后，同时出现登陆界面和更新日志

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 在非隐私模式浏览器上登陆过的casaoos（0.4.4及以上）更新系统到0.4.5或0.4.6，
2. 等待更新完成
3. 同时出现更新日志和登陆界面

Expected behavior

只出现登陆界面，登陆后弹出更新日志

 - Version ：casaos 0.4.4-3 upgrade to 0.4.5    and  casaos 0.4.5 upgrade to 0.4.6

已升级，反馈的bug也就没有了，但是webui的升级提示红色dot仍旧不会自动消失，位置如下：
