Feature: App bar to manage what's running

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Seems like all apps are always running using up a lot of my servers resources. My last installation fully died because of this!

Describe the solution you'd like A dock like in mac that shows you what's running, to close, and to set options what starts on reboot.

is this issue related to not being able to tell which containers are running or stopped?

I notice that sometimes it can be hard to tell if an app is “greyed out” (indicating that it is stopped) - so I often have a service running using up resources when I really don’t want it to.
