Ability to Add Custom CSS for Personalization

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I often find myself wanting to personalize the look and feel of the WebUI to match my preferences/others, but currently, there's no way to apply custom CSS for customization.

Describe the solution you'd like I would love to see a feature that allows users to add their own custom CSS. This would enable us to adjust the colors, fonts, and layout according to our individual tastes and needs!

Describe alternatives you've considered I've looked for settings or an option that might provide this functionality, but as of now, there doesn't seem to be an official way to customize the CSS.
