[MacOS] Unlimited resources for AI in skirmish?

Hello,

I am playing Skirmish in Single Player mode, and I am surprised the AI never uses the old ring. By the very fast speed of the development (and how fast they crush me :)) it seems the AI has unlimited resources. Am I right?

Environment: MacOS 10.13.6 (17G65) KKND build: release-20190105b

Not unlimited but it gets it automaticaly depends on how many powwr plants it has build. Its a placeholder ai, the real ai which knows how to use the oil system will come in the next release

Im working on the engine. When all the engine changes are done, i need to implement the stuff into this repository. Next release is Very likely end of this year
