I agree with .vs folder. Backup folder and upgrade log should not be present at all. That only happens if you use some vs upgrade wizard. And especially as this it .net there should be no need to upgrade? When is the .user file created?

the backup folder was created on migrating to visual studio 17 (2022) csproj.user is workspace settings for project, like startup project, so it shouldn't be source controlled
