I had the same issue. After reviewing my list of hostnames I noticed some strange characters. After deleting this characters it works.

Sorry! I was wrong. The problem is, that the option "-v" is not as verbose as you think. I guess your targets in the file subs.txt are not resolving to cloud providers. Therefore, no output is shown. You can add the "-a" option, then you should see output.

it works if you remove the http/https and any / on your url. I figured it out its similar to nmap nmap won't run as well if that is the case
