AvatarGlow/CircularPulse not working properly as a child in the MarkerData

I tried to use Circular Pulse and Avatar Glow package to get ripple effect on my marker, but after building the app, map screen is static, not catching any state. I checked using button also, but button is not taking any event.

below the ripple is working in background and when i hot reload it updates the value, but not asynchronous. I tried with stateful widget, nothing worked.
