Added Hover Icon: icon-fade-away, transitions scale: 1x -> 2x

Added a new icon transition effect fade away (fades towards the user, used 'tick' icon). Never used LESS before, but I am pretty sure it is correct. The code is a modified version of the sink away effect. Couldn't think of a really good name other than fade-away. Any suggestions?
