I have Firmware 6.2.0. Old version of Atmosphere / Hekate.

A copied the latest release .nro over to the correct directory. After booting into CFW and going into the album and opening atmosphere-updater, here's what I get.

Hey, thanks for opening an issue.

If you don’t mind, could you try version 0.4.1 that you can get from the release page. I don’t have a switch on fw 6 so I’m not able to test personally. If it’s still broken on version 0.4.1 then I’ll look into setting up emunand on the same fw on you.
