Add a option to not replace the "reboot_payload.bin"

Some people use hekate as the reboot_payload and don't want to use the default atmosphere one

Hi, When you select update hekate, it overwrites the reboot payload with hekate. Same for if you select update hekate and choose to update atmosphere as well (is displays a pop up box asking if would like to update both) the reboot payload is still replaced with hekate.
