Hybrid modelling example modification

I suggest the following improvements for the hybrid model example:

Add captions to the graphs for the x and y axes

Separate the sections with and without model training (for examplem perform tuning not in single run_pipeline_tuning function). Add explanatory pictures and explanations. Preferably there should be more text and comments than source code
