Install Create-PDF library and make it compatible with Vite

Install create-pdf in the frontend to use it in MyBills and Bill components.

It was uninstalled previously due to compatibility error during the migration from CRACO to Vite. react-pdf official website

Exist this plugin to patch React-PDF with Vite, but not tested yet. vite-plugin-shim-react-pdf
