Restart from intermediary files

Hi, I needed to restart sequeltools for QC and I've noticed that it starts from the beginning of the run. Could you pelase add an intermediary files check and avoid to rerun it if those files are found? I am already suing the -k option so I thought that will work Thank you in advance
