Spoof screen/Bad Emulator screen not displaying properly

The spoof screen is not showing the top line ("HEY HEY HEY!"). This occurs on GameYob-Accurate.

~~I also need to figure out why older builds of GameYob don't bring up the spoof screen but new ones do.~~

I was also able to reproduce this issue a similar issue in VBA 1.8.0 a while back... (And yes, I used it on purpose)

@ParzivalWolfram That was a bit rude. That's because the fixed map isn't transferred properly (I forgot to update the offset, woops)

Also, does VBA 1.8.0 trigger the spoof screen?

VBA 1.8.0 does NOT trigger the spoof screen (but obviously nets the user 1x shitty emulator screen, broken the same way the spoof screen is)
