There are lots of nodes that haven't yet been implemented. See: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Web_Audio_API Should be simple enough to implement individual nodes and a nice way to get used to the development...
A really nice demo would be to use WebRTC to stream microphone input from another device into the pipeline, then stream processed output to a remote device.
