[BUG] Converter browser asks if replace -> does not permit

Description of the error For the converter output file, it is possible to select a file which already exists in the browser. Doing so asks if you wish to replace it, but upon saying "yes", the gui will still not enable "RUN!"

Describe the expected result Either no prompt to replace or allow delete-replacement.
