[BUG] Clean up trajectory files on job termination.

Description of the error When I run a trajectory conversion MDT files are created before completion. When the conversion jobs are deleted the MDT files are not cleaned up.

Describe the expected result MDT files should be cleaned up when the jobs are aborted.

Describe the actual result MDT files remains on job termination.
