issue with counts in popup window

Hi,

In popup window showing the counts for each letter in the different logos (as in the example index.html), the counts are always identical between the 2 groups (cf screen shot after "Display by frequency rather than entropy" on the README at https://github.com/ISA-tools/SequenceLogoVis).

I would have expected the counts in 2 groups to be the counts in the 2 input files. Did I got wrong the purpose of this popup window or is this a bug ?
