Please provide a starter Script

Hi,

ISAcreator creates profiles.sup (Java serialization data, version 5) and jxl.log in the current working directory CWD at the time the program was started. When profiles.sup is not found, I have to create another profile. Also, it seems that the plugins are only found if CWD is the ISAcreator installation directory.

Another reason for a startup script is that there could be sane examples for settings, e.g. -Dfile.encoding=utf-8 or suggestions for the configuration of global settings like -Dbioinvindex.config-path=/vol/bioinvindex/config which would be shared between ISAcreator, validator and the BII-loader

A reasonable start could be the scripts at: ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/metabolights/submissionTool/plugin/
