Automatically add Performer and Data for every Protocol REF - make it a toggle option

would be nice to automatically add 'Performer' and 'Date' fields every time a Protocol REF is added AND/OR make those 2 fields present when assay tables are created.

Ideally, this behavior could be a setting available through ISAcreator setting panel and associated to a user profile
