Deleting an assay causes ISAcreator to drop Sample collection protocol (used in Study Sample Table)

ISAcreator 1.7: to reproduce: create several assays, save, validate. all should be fine. now, remove an assay table, save and call the validator again. It should raise an error on an assay or complain Study table is missing Source and Sample. The root cause seems to be the loss of sample collection protocol ref which occurs when removing the assay table.

Ok, this is related to another issue, I think it was reported by Paula de Matos. I'll look in to resolving both in one go.
