adding new Field Type during mapping, does not get loaded next time

To recreate the problem: Create new study -> map from existing file -> create some mappings and add a new "Field Type" (such as Factor Value or Characteristic) and map it to some column in your existing file. Complete your mapping and save the mappings file. The "additional" mapping gets saved in the mappings xml file but when I load the mappings again (checking the box "use previous mapping") for a new mapping, this "additional" field is not in the "ISATAB Fields" list. I checked whether going through the mapping anyway produced the "additional" field at the end (after exiting the mapper and going to the "normal" ISAcreator display) but it didn't.

Indeed, this is missing from the current implementation. It could be added in the next release.
