Move the following help in wiki page into the main DocBook:

  • https://github.com/ISA-tools/BioInvIndex/wiki

Create new section for:

  • how to create new views, like the compound-centric view
  • how to customize links to other databases, to point to data files or entries
  • how lucene index works and and how to extend (add additional) queries's functionalities.
