User may want to see a list of notes that currently exist within the visualization

There isn't a way to see previously created notes without knowing which nodes the user has created the notes on

Populate list of notes with notes that were created on the visualization using the note-taking feature

We can create a separate issue to categorize notes into folders

End of this demo displays part of the #420 feature

This is mostly complete. However, clicking on a note indicator does not maintain the node highlighting on mouseout.
