Is there a way to get section pages to include a full table of contents including a list of all frames?

or just a \listofframes command we could use to produce a table of contents in a separate frame?

There's one approach here but I couldn't get it to work: https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/56512/is-there-any-way-to-produce-list-of-frames-with-beamer but regardless, it would be good to be a part of this theme.
