Filenames with "/" is Changed Incorrectly

What steps does it take to reproduce the issue? In UI: Uploading file with a slash "/".

  • When does this issue occur? On upload, the filename is changed and the "/" is replaced by ":". Filename - uploaded: citations/files.txt Filename is changed to: citations:files.txt

  • Which page(s) does it occurs on? Drag or select files for upload

  • What happens? When "Save Changes" is clicked, the following error appears Screen Shot 2022-10-18 at 1 22 50 PM

  • To whom does it occur (all users, curators, superusers)? all users

  • What did you expect to happen? Not sure what to expect, but did not expect the filename to be changed to a name that isn't valid.

Which version of Dataverse are you using? 5.11.1
