Feature Request/Idea: API to delete file thumbnails

An API that can delete file thumbnails that have been generated, resetting them to the default icon display.

What kind of user is the feature intended for? (Example users roles: API User, Curator, Depositor, Guest, Superuser, Sysadmin)

What inspired the request?

In some cases a file thumbnail may not generate correctly, resulting in display issues (e.g. #2740, #7080). We have also seen cases where the thumbnail is generated with colour issues. This API would provide a solution/workaround in those cases, or for any other use case where a user wants to remove a thumbnail for a file.

Any brand new behavior do you want to add to Dataverse?

An API to delete thumbnails for individual files. Ideally this could be brought into the UI at some point, but an API is a great starting point.
