feature list is out-of-date, move to guides
Dataverse features are listed at https://dataverse.org/software-features but gets out of date.
On Wednesday at a monthly team meeting I suggested that we move the list of features to the guides. I was given the go ahead to create this issue.
Hey @pdurbin, in the PR that closes this issue, and in Slack and Zulip conversations you mentioned organizing the list too. Just wanted to share what I could find of what we did in the before times (2018) to try describing and grouping all of the features, in case it's helpful for this effort:

We did rounds of card sorting using an online tool that used to be free but isn't anymore 😞 so I don't have access to a lot of info about how different folks on the team categorized features. But that work led to the categories on this old spreadsheet.
