Feature Request: Option to allow dataset contributors to see curation labels

Overview of the Feature Request

Currently, curation labels are only visible to users with permission to publish. There could be an option for these curation labels to be visible to users with the contributor role. Contributors would be able to see the label but would not be able to modify it. After submitting their dataset, they could track the progress of the curation of their dataset.

Ideally, they could also receive email notifications of curation label changes.

This option could simply be a parameter to activate via the API and would not be enabled by default.
