Feature Request/Idea: Improve email for curation labels modification

Overview of the Feature Request Currently, it is possible to receive a notification when the status (curation label) of a dataset changes, but this message is very minimalist. Unlike the creation, review and publication notification messages, it contains no link to the dataset, and no collection name. This forces you to search by dataset name to check which dataset it is. In addition, the name of the person who changed the label is not visible (but this is also the case for other actions). It's sometimes difficult to keep track, especially if the actions extend over a long period or, on the contrary, move very quickly.
