Show MDC metrics in SPA Dataset page

Similar to how metrics are shown in the current JSF (if set up*)

  • see QDR as an example currently set up, or Haravrd Dataverse once https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse.harvard.edu/issues/385 is completed

we want to show the MDC metrics, and cannot currently use the MDC Datacite widget as it's only updated monthly).

(when looking at current JSF implementation, verify that this is available via API; otherise, also open an issue in the core Dataverse repo for supporting APIs)
