File Page: File Version Summary Integration

Overview of the Feature Request Implement the File Page > Version tab

• Table with four columns: dataset version, summary, contributors, published on
• Version number: link to available file if eligible
• Summary( File(Added, Replaced, Deleted, Changes), File Metadata(Added, Replaced, Deleted, Changes), File Tags with count, Deaccessioned Reason, File not included)
• Contributors, only available once the file is edited
• Published on, format YYYY-MM-DD

What kind of user is the feature intended for? (Example users roles: API User, Curator, Depositor, Guest, Superuser, Sysadmin) SPA User
