Allow selecting of files in Tree View to Edit or Download

Overview of the Feature Request While in Tree view, it would be helpful if a user could select files from this view to download.

As a dataset owner, it would be helpful if one could select files and perform all the "Edit Files" functions. What kind of user is the feature intended for? All users of Dataverse

What inspired the request? If tree view is to be default, users should not have to go to to the Table view to select files to download or to edit See #117

Even just for downloading from tree view, similar to the zip previewer for downloading, that would be super helpful!
