Overview of the Feature Request As an user editing a dataset's metadata, I can use a drag button In order to easily reorder metadata values in a group

What kind of user is the feature intended for? (Example users roles: API User, Curator, Depositor, Guest, Superuser, Sysadmin) Depositor, Curator, anyone with the permission to edit the metadata of a dataset

What inspired the request? Need to reorder the authors of a dataset.

Any brand new behavior do you want to add to Dataverse? Add buttons to enable users to reorganize the metadata values in a multivaluated group.
