Infinite Scrolling on Files Tab content of a Dataset

Overview of the Feature Request

Add infinite scrolling to the files list in the files tab from a dataset. Also we need to make the top header with total results and search bar files and filters an sticky header.

Frontend weekly meeting

What existing behavior do you want changed?

Switch from table view with normal pagination to list view with infinite scrolling.
