Add Button to switch to JSF version

Similar to the banner that is in the beta.dataverse.org, this button will allow the user to easily switch to the JSF version of a page, to help compare SPA and JSF functionality. Screenshot 2024-02-29 at 8 18 51 PM

The button will be in the Header, with the label 'View JSF Version'.

For end-users we should indeed make it easier to switch between the SPA (maybe brand it as Beta?) and the classic (JSF) frontend. The classic frontend can have something added via the custom header for instance, but for the SPA we would need some way to switch, like @ekraffmiller suggested.
