Need to include Embargoed status in getDataset use case

There is an issue in the SPA where the Embargoed label is missing from the Dataset page: https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse-frontend/issues/292. Currently the embargoed information is available in the getFiles() use case, but not getDataset().
