Matching weights differ in Stata und R

Hi, I ran the very same cem matching model in Stata and R (cem package). Both return the same number of matched participants. However, assigned weights differ tremendously: Participants with low matching weights in Stata receive high weights in R and the other way around. This leads to different results in follow up analyses like linear regression. How do I know which weights are correct respectively how can I get similiar weights in Stata and R?
